We provide on-going training to our Direct Support Professionals and supervisors that meet state requirements throughout our staff employments. We constantly monitor and evaluate the services that we provide to ensure quality and effectiveness. Our supervisors and program coordinators make sure that the policies and procedures safeguarding the health and safety areas are being followed and implemented per procedures, and all staff members are trained, respectively. We check our documents monthly to make sure that services are being provided as required by the specified plans.
